D: Her Auntie Em claims that she is protected by the fairies and that is why she is often safe. It is also well-known that Dorothy was kissed on the forehead as a symbol of protection by Glinda the Good Witch. It is this reason why her luck stat is high.

Dorothy's main mode of transportation. With this, she is capable of teleporting to-and-fro within an area in her mind or locking on a person she knows. She can also use her slippers to teleport others as long as they hold her hand. She can also use it to teleport from one area in battle to the next. It appears as a silver slippers with rubies embedded in it.

The Phantasm that qualifies Dorothy for the Rider class, by getting on her old friend the "Cowardly" Lion's back, who himself is a Heroic Spirit, Rider is capable of summoning two of her other friends that had helped her on her journey: the Scarecrow and the Tin Woodsman as support. It is due to this friendship that they have shared that qualifies as a Noble Phantasm.

It is for this reason that it can only be used with a Command Seal if it is used. There must also be sufficient mana in the area to make sure the wish is granted too.

A seemingly innocent bucket of water. However, it is capable of dispelling any opposing magic, acting similar to that of Magic Resistance A+. It is also capable of defeating a Caster-class Servant by the bucketful.

This Noble Phantasm, in terms of whether it is a Reality Marble or an actual natural event that sent them to the actual Oz, can only be done within the city of Kansas, the waters of Australia or near San Francisco where it takes different forms of natural events, a tornado, a storm or an earthquake. There's also the note that she needs to be summoned in Kansas to gain access to this Noble Phantasm. This gives Dorothy infinite mana and the full force of the military might of Oz behind her.
